Reserve your new home for just £100
We will help you find a solicitor
We will pay £500 towards your legal costs
We can offer free no obligation mortgage advice
We will pay your 5% deposit
Following mortgage approval we will pay the valuation fee
Contracts will be exchanged within 28 days

And you are ready to move in to your first home!
