• We will arrange a valuation of your existing property at no cost to you
• Once a valuation has been agreed, we will then fully market your existing property
• We will pay all estate agency fees
• We can offer free, independent mortgage advice
• Our sales consultant will give you weekly progress reports
• Our aim is to sell your old home within 8 weeks
• Once your old home is sold you will be given 28 days to exchange contracts
