Jefferson Park Townhome Tenant

I loved my time living at Hazel Home's Jefferson Park townhome. The unit is beautiful, spacious and well-kept. We were impressed with the modern finishes, open layout and outdoor spaces, particularly the rooftop deck with stunning mountain and city views! The house is in a great location within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It’s situated in the heart of Jefferson Park, a very nice neighborhood that’s relatively safer and quieter than other nearby neighborhoods like LoDo or LoHi. When we moved into the house, I was working from home nearly every day of the week. I was very fortunate to live there as it was so comfortable and accommodating for a work-from-home situation.

Additionally, Hazel's property management was awesome. They were always friendly, respectful and communicative. We could tell they really cared about the house and our experience living there! As I said, I loved my time living there and would recommend the home and property management to anyone.
